What is SeaBerry?
Sea Berry (Sea buckthorn berries) are very rich in various lipids, natural vitamins (A, C, B1, B2, B6, E, F, P, K), carotenoids, sugars, flavonoids, minerals, organic acids, irreplaceable amino acids, microcells and other bioactive compounds with nutritional and medicinal properties, but it is hard to eat raw Sea berries because they are too sour. Is it true that one small Sea Buckthorn Berry has 50 times the vitamin C than an entire orange?

What is unit of alcohol? |
|
One unit of alcohol is defined as 8 grammes (g) or 10 millilitres (ml) of pure alcohol. Any quantity of drink that contains 8 g (or 10 ml) of alcohol contains 1 unit. A quantity of drink containing 16g or 20 ml of alcohol contains 2 units. For example:

One half pint of beer of 3.6% abv contains about 8g of alcohol or one unit. |

One 25 ml measure of 40% abv whisky is also about 8g or one unit |
|
One 58 ml measure of 17% abv SeaBerryLQ liqueur is also about 8g or one unit |
Thus, in terms of alcohol intake, one measure of whisky is about the same as one half pint of 3.6% abv beer. |

I can see stratification of the product. Is my product faulty?
No, it is not. It is natural for the product made from real Sea buckthorn to be stratified. That is why we recommend to shake the drink well before use. |

Why is the taste from the top of the bottle and from the bottom different?
It looks like you forget to shake the bottle well each time before drink. It is natural for the product made from real Sea buckthorn to be stratified. |

How long I can store the product after opening?
We do not recommend to store it for more than four weeks after opening? |

How many units of alcohol in your 500 ml bottle of SeaBerryLQ?
One bottle of 500 ml 17% abv SeaBerryLQ contains 8.5 units of alcohol. 58 ml of SeaBerryLQ = 1 unit. |

How much SeaBerryLQ can I drink daily? |
| Based on the research made by the UK Government, guidelines for safe limit: |

No more than 3 - 4 units (174 - 232 ml of SeaBerryLQ) per day and not more than 21 units (1,218 ml of SeaBerryLQ) per week per men. |
|
No more than 2 - 3 units (116 - 174 ml of SeaBerryLQ) per day and no more that 14 units (812 ml of SeaBerryLQ) per week for women. |

| 3. Payment, Security and Privacy |
Is your site secure?
Yes, PayPal use encryption technology to ensure your credit card details are sent in a secure format. |

Do you collect credit card details?
No, we don't. We use PayPal who takes care of your credit card details. |

Is my privacy assured?
Yes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Web Trader Code of Practice. |

| 4. Delivery |
When will I receive my shipment?
Orders received and fully paid by 1pm will be despatched the next working day. Standard delivery time is 5 working days provided that the item is in stock. |

Can you ship my order to my work or third party address?
Yes. When in the checkout section, simply fill in your chosen delivery address. |

Can you leave my order at my neighbours or somewhere at the delivery address?
Yes we may, but the goods are left at your own risk. |

What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier attempts to deliver it?
When the courier attempts delivery in the event you are not in they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call your local depot to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from them. |

What is your charge for the UK mainland delivery?
Standard charges are £6.99 for all case deliveries up to 20 kg or £3.45 per bottle for bottle deliveries taking about 5 working days to arrive. We offer FREE DELIVERY to the customer at the moment. |

Do you ship outside of the UK?
Due to the many different restrictions we deliver our products only within UK mainland. |

What to do if my goods are damaged, lost or faulty when received?
All damaged, lost or faulty goods are either replaced free of charge or a credit issued upon your instruction. Please see our Terms and Conditions /link to page/ for full details. |

| 5. Returns |
Can I return the product for any reason?
Yes you can. If you change your mind for any reason, simply cancel you order within 7 working days after the goods are received by e-mail at info(at)SeaBerryLQ.co.uk (we will send you the delivery address for returning goods) and then return the goods to the address provided by us within 30 days of receiving the goods along with a letter explaining why you are returning the product. We will issue a refund for the value of the goods within 30 days from the date we received the returned goods from you in saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging. We will consider the overall condition when making a refund (this does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods).
Carefully secure and package the merchandise to prevent damage in transit. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable unless the goods delivered were incorrect, damaged or faulty. |
