We offer FREE DELIVERY within the UK mainland. Due to the many different restrictions we deliver our products only within UK mainland.

Orders received and fully paid by 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Standard delivery time is 5 working days provided that the item is in stock.

We can ship your order to your work or third party address. When in the checkout section, simply fill in your chosen delivery address.

You may ask us to leave your order at your neighbours or somewhere at the delivery address, but the goods are left at your risk.

When the courier attempts delivery in the event you are not in they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call your local depot to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from them.

All damaged, lost or faulty goods are either replaced free of charge or a credit issued upon your instruction. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

We strongly recommend you to input recipient postcode correctly, otherwise we could not be able to arrange the delivery. We also recommend you to leave us your and the recipient telephone number which may be helpful in the case of remote and hard to find addresses or informing you about wrongly inputted credit card details, a breakage, an address not found, or their being a stock shortage.

Couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers including BFPO.

It is illegal to sell alcohol products to persons under 18 years old. The recipient should be ready to prove that he/she is over 18, otherwise the courier will refuse the delivery. Acceptable IDs are: a passport, a photo driving license or a proof of age scheme card carrying the PASS logo.

Anyone under 18 purchasing or attempting to purchase alcohol is committing an offence.
